Congratulations to Bantam A White on winning the Flight on Ice tournament March 2nd-4th.   After being down 5-3 to North Park, NY with one-minute remaining in game one, the team clawed back with two goals, including the game tying goal with two seconds left in the game and squeaked out with a 5-5 tie.    Game two was a resounding 7-0 win over the Delaware Ducks, followed by a 3-1 win over Snider Hockey, setting the stage for a semi-finals rematch with North Park.  The boys prevailed with a 6-4 win to put them into the finals against the Exton Kings, and won the gold medal with a 3-1 win.  

The team, represented by Zach Gershner, Patrick Condello, Trent Burton and Ryan Convery, also won the Speed Scoring skills competition.

The boys will be carrying the momentum from the tournament win into this weekend, where they face the Devils in the opening round of the NJYHL playoffs.
